Felco 65/009 Hold & Cut Handles

     "Cut and hold" shears/scissors, also called rose shears, made by Victorinox in Switzerland. The wide metal spring, which is seperate from the blades, firmly holds the steam after the blades have snipped it.  Open the scissors to release the stem.  Very handy for avoiding thorns. The total length is 7", blade length is 2"
