     This kit includes full daylight spectrum 150W grow light bulb that lasts up to 3,000 hours, decorator black fixture with on/off switch and easy clamp arm. The kit produces a 30" wide circle of light at a distance of 30" from your plants. Mount at least 18 inches away to allow for reasonable coverage. Most plants require  12-14 hours of light each day.
